Stamina may collect the following information:

• Account information such as email address
• User-provided health and fitness data, including sex, age, height, weight, meals, and workout activity
• Device and technical information automatically collected when using the app, such as device model, operating system version, app version, IP address, and app install/launch events

How We Use Your Information

• Provide core app functionality such as tracking workouts and nutrition
• Sync workout and calorie data within the app
• Allow users to view and edit historical logs
• Improve app performance and user experience
• Measure the performance of our advertising campaigns and attribute app installations

Data Sharing & Third-Party Services

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or health data to third parties. Data may only be processed by trusted service providers solely to operate, improve, and measure the performance of the app:

• Analytics & Attribution: We use third-party analytics and measurement services, including the Meta (Facebook) SDK, to measure ad campaign effectiveness and attribute app installations. These services may collect technical device data and app installation events. We do not share your health, workout, or nutrition logs with advertising partners.

Data Storage and Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Your Rights and Data Deletion

You may delete your data at any time from the app’s settings page, which will also delete your account.

Data Retention and Deletion Policy

1. Data Retention Period

We retain your personal data (such as profile details, nutrition logs, exercise history, and workout routines) only for as long as your account remains active. Your data is stored securely in cloud services (Google Firebase / Firestore) to sync your fitness information across your devices.

2. User Account & Data Control

You have full control over your data. You may delete your account and all associated personal data at any time directly within the Stamina app by going to Profile Settings > Delete Account.

3. Immediate Deletion Impact

When you initiate an account deletion within the app:

• Your account profile, fitness logs, nutrition entries, weight history, and custom routines are permanently deleted from our active databases (Firebase/Firestore) immediately.
• Your authentication record is permanently purged.
• We do not retain backup copies of your deleted personal data after the deletion request is executed.

4. Inactive Accounts

If your account remains completely inactive for more than 24 months, we reserve the right to automatically purge your personal data and account records after prior notice sent to your registered email address.

Children’s Privacy

Stamina is not intended for use by children under 13.
